The 2nd Gen. CONSPIT Hydraulic System introduces a dual-stage cylinder design, replicating the realistic behavior of a car's wheel cylinder pistons. This advanced mechanism delivers an authentic and precise braking experience, allowing drivers to feel two distinct pedal stages. The preload force for the front and rear stages can be adjusted independently, offering full customization to suit individual driving styles.

When pressing the brake pedal, hydraulic fluid moves through damping holes into the elastomer cylinder, initiating piston movement. Initially, the softer front-stage elastomer compresses, creating a gentle pedal response. As the piston continues, both front and rear elastomers compress together, resulting in a firmer pedal feel during the later stage of braking.


High-Precision Hydraulic Sensor

The system incorporates a 20Mpa high-precision hydraulic sensor capable of detecting minute pressure changes. This sensor ensures smooth and precise braking adjustments, making it ideal for professional sim racers seeking unparalleled realism and control. Its extensive pressure range guarantees consistent performance under intense racing conditions.
