Maximum Realistic Feedback

Traction Plus moves the entire cockpit and provides sensations like understeer and oversteer in the most realistic and precise way possible.

Based on feedback from professional sim racing drivers during the product development, the understeer motion component, typically found only in 6DOF systems, is absolutely critical for accurate and precise vehicle simulation. By feeling both understeer and oversteer, the platform can be effectively used for driver/racer training, especially for cornering and rallying, providing feedback on what is happening with both the rear and front axles of the car. Even the differences between rear-wheel drive, front-wheel drive, and all-wheel drive vehicles can be felt with the precise feedback delivered through the Traction Plus platform. The Motion Platform V3 and Traction Plus combine to provide accurate feedback on vehicle front-wheel lockup, meaning you’ll feel vibrations and the car’s front end sliding out of a corner when excessive brake pressure is applied (applicable for rear-wheel lockup depending on the vehicle’s setup).

Traction Plus, combined with the Next Level Racing® Motion Platform V3, delivers incredible levels of vehicle feedback for drivers to accurately feel what the vehicle is doing through precise delivery of sway, surge, tilt, pitch, understeer and front traction loss, oversteer and rear traction loss, power slides and drifts, partial lifting, vehicle and road effects such as road surface, bumps, lockups, and wheel spin, gear shifts, and more. It also provides maneuvering effects (to feel the contact of a side hit by an opponent or a wall).
