Simagic P1000 гумички и пружини

You're absolutely right about the emails—this was entirely our mistake. We were waiting for an update from the provider, as the delays are affecting all of Europe, not just our region.

All customers are equally important to us, the delay came from Simagic. The difference in delivery between you and the other customer is one day. A discount voucher in the form of cashback has been generated in your account due to the delay (Which is about 1/3 from the amount of your order). We have done everything we can to keep you satisfied, and we are sorry that you did not receive the service you expected.

Great product, not so great service.
Waited 18days for my order to be shipped and it wasn't a priority for them.
They've sent the same order to other client who placed it later and sent them some emails. And ofc they did not answer to mine.
